For our Communications Team, we are looking for an:

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute internal engagement and communications strategy that aligns with the institution’s objectives and ensures transversal Group cohesions.

Drive innovation within messaging and channels to reach and engage with a variety of internal audiences.

Lead the creation of compelling messaging and formats that incorporate the Group’s values and leadership principles, and that reflect the unique value proposition and EHL spirit.

Manage a team of 3 communication professionals, including remotely, and student assistants.

Cultivate human-centered, audience-first internal communication policies, to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and knowledge sharing. Work collaboratively with all departments and advise on appropriate ways to cascade information internally.

Integrate CSR and diversity & inclusion goals into the internal communications strategy to ensure cohesive messaging and tone of voice aligned with the EHL strategy and culture.

Support crisis communications protocols as needed.

Who you are?

Master's degree in communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in internal communications. Experience in an academic institution or university is a plus.

Excellent people management skills and the ability to bring out the best in a team.

Native English speaker, fluency in French, German is a strong asset.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

At ease with digital tools for communication.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
