BOBST Business Unit Service & Performance (BUSP) is looking for its new Pricing Manager.
As Pricing Manager, you will report to the Global Pricing Director of the BUSP.
This is a permanent contract with a starting date negotiable.
Composed with several members located in different countries around the world, the objective of the Pricing Team is to manage the BUSP pricing for Spare Parts, Upgrades, Consumables, Digital & Service Products and Field Technician tariff worldwide.


Mission
The Pricing Manager manage a team of people in charge of defining the pricing policies, settings material & transport prices, with the objective of reaching the assigned objectives in terms of profit and customer satisfaction.

The Pricing Manager monitor the results by using the relevant dashboards and is part of the budget definition.
In order to achieve this mission, the position involves close interaction with the customers, the product lines and the local entities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 6 people with functional and hierarchical reports, including daily management, definition of operational organization and processes, objectives assignment and appraisal, skills development.
  • Contribute to the definition of the Group pricing strategy and its implementation.
  • Liaise with his counterparts in the BUSP organization to consider their input and communicate about the pricing strategy.
  • Ensure that the objectives assigned in terms of profit, customer satisfaction and price consistency are reached.
  • Analyze our pricing, sales and margin position for various products and recommend pricing evolutions and other marketing mix strategies to generate increased revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with salespeople to understand market feedbacks, and help explaining the pricing strategies developed.
  • Pilot projects inside the Pricing Transformation Roadmap to professionalize Bobst BU Services and Performance pricing, by establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations. The projects can consist in new pricing methodologies, pricing tools, internal processes, new product pricing strategy, etc.…
  • Promote and sponsor a positive cooperation between BU Printing & Converting / BU Service & Performance organization

Experience :
  • 5 years and more successful experience in a Pricing position.

Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, marketing, or related analytical discipline preferred.
  • Bilingual English / French. Other language a plus.
  • Strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows applications.
  • SAP ECC and/or BI Tools (Tableau) knowledge and work experience would be a plus.
