After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. We structure meats from plants that is no way inferior to animal meat, scores with unique taste, and authentic texture, and is miles ahead in terms of sustainability and health!

Your mission:

You actively seek out and advise on improvement opportunities within warehouse operations processes.

You act as the main point of contact for global warehouses and internal stakeholders regarding warehouse management within Planted.

You build and maintain relationships with warehouse service providers and monitor and evaluate their performance.

You ensure the correctness of master data at warehouses

You make movement bookings related to warehouses within the ERP system and oversee goods receipt movements at warehouses to ensure accuracy.

You collaborate with our Planted ERP team to establish IT interfaces with warehouse partners.

You optimize inventory to enhance cost efficiency and provide guidance to other functions (e.g., planning, production, procurement) on potential improvement opportunities.

You support in negotiating contracts, including pricing, with warehouse service providers.

You check invoices related to warehouse partners.

You:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics.

Demonstrate a highly organized, reliable, and numbers-driven personality.

Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills suitable for an international, cross-functional work environment.

Possess a solid understanding of supply chain, operations, and logistics processes and networks.

Show proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail, and a fast-learning aptitude.

Are able to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Are fluent in both German and English.
