Support relationship managers and team head of client interaction and all related tasks and corresponding administration & documentation
Customize client requests
Compile presentations, support in drafting client solutions and in marketing activities if needed (client reception, meetings, events)
Ensure coverage in case of own absences
Regularly collect and exchange relevant information necessary for the job
Organize himself/herself in an efficient and compliant manner and ensure timely and appropriate information of the superior
Conduct reviews, plan ahead and document his/her work at all times
Support relationship managers and the team head in implementation of their initiatives
Provide professional input proposals for improvements based on experience, incident occurrence or observation
Risk management & controls
Ensure timely clearance of pending items and escalated deficiencies
Ensure correct, meaningful and understandable documentation of client interaction/client orders in the corresponding tools
Excellent situational adaptability
Friendly, trustworthy and discreet personality with high level of risk awareness
Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
Team oriented personality (team player)
Sound affinity with Global Custody client segments and familiar with the legal and regulatory environment as well as cultural awareness
Good understanding of asset servicing
Basic knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs
Relevant educational and professional background (bank apprenticeship or equivalent, work experience in the financial industry)
Good language skills - C2 German is a must, very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French would be an advantage
