Continuous Improvement Engineer

To join our Continuous Improvement team within our Engineering department, we are looking for a

Continuous Improvement Engineer

This role will be a key contributor to the success of the Continuous Improvement Program. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to support the development, documentation, validation and implementation of continuous improvement actions
• Manage Product/Process Change Requests (PCR) from registration phase to implementation phase
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to determine appropriate solutions
• Conduct verification and validation activities
• Ensure continuous improvement projects are running on time, to budget and delivers the expected outcomes and benefits

Profile we are looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in medical device industry or other highly regulated industry is required
• Knowledge of ISO 13485
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and project management skills
• Team-oriented with strong leadership skills
