Chief of Staff to the Head of Strategic Marketing

What's the role?


Are you the ultimate champion in administrative excellence and project management? In this exciting role you will support the Head of Global Strategic Marketing in all administrative, secretarial and team management tasks, whilst having the opportunity to contribute to corporate projects and initiatives.

What does the role involve?


You will act as the real champion in organizing administrative tasks and executing secretarial duties in collaboration with the Global Head of Strategic Marketing. From arranging travel plans to coordinating meetings and managing calendars, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations. Your knowhow will be key as you assist with reports, presentations and ensure positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders. As a crucial part of the team, you’ll create an efficient work environment with the latest technology to support operational excellence and establish best practice.

There will be ample of opportunity to hone your event management skills, as your work with different colleagues from abroad to plan amazing events for our team members and customers! This role provides an outstanding opportunity to grow by giving you the chance to learn Lean and Scrum tools to support with change management alongside senior business leaders. These skills will support you with your involvement in corporate projects and initiatives like employee engagement, driving strategic initiatives within the organisation. No day will be the same, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities!

What you need is:


  • Education equivalent to Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) and more than 5 years experience in comparable assistant roles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in Project Management and Event Management desired
  • Ability to multitask and feel comfortable in a fast- paced international environment
  • Consistent reliability, accuracy and absolute confidentiality
  • Intrinsic motivation and strong team player in a multi-national team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, Business-fluent in English, German language skills a clear benefit
