HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

If you are an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with a strong passion for people and culture and have a natural ability to develop trusted relationships with senior leadership and employees, this role could be for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Build partnerships with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices
  • Act as a change agent to design and own the employee lifecycle to maximize engagement and productivity
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
  • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations matters with internal partners
  • Analyse the effectiveness of talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Participate in the development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
  • Collaborate with the HR team to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and top business results
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship with additional HR training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international HR Business Partner role
  • Proven experience as an HRBP in a scale-up or growth company
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies and best practices in an international distributed environment, including applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Coaching and influencing skills, particularly in relation to people managers
  • Strong analytical thinking, listening skills and an ability to develop a solid understanding of the business context
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience, adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
