For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a

Global Consumer Care Consultant - 100%

For a temporary position of 1 year that could be extended to 1 more year

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
You will be responsible for running operations related to new market rollouts and implementing/maintaining features/enhancements of the platform. You will work closely with departments ,internal and market stakeholders, handle system enhancements, lead implementations, carry out UAT tests, provide demos and training, and assist in various project-related tasks/activities.

PROFIL ATTENDU
  • Attending/managing work sessions with departments and markets' stakeholders
  • Attending and following up on sessions with IT or business team related to project.
  • Handle the system enhancements during whole implementation lifecycle - capturing/generation process, creating user stories, acceptance criteria and manage UATs (User Acceptance Tests) with markets and the outsourced vendor agency;
  • Advising and leading the implementations (from business-side) the enhancements / communication flows within the system (end to end and internal flows)
  • Advising and leading the implementing system integrations between the Platform and other systems
  • Carrying out UAT tests for market rollouts & implemented functionalities; Testing the system constantly, identifying and following up on bugs proactively;
  • Act as a team's accountable person and collaborate and assist IT stakeholders with relevant IT activities (requirements raising, UATs, gathering needed inputs, etc.)
  • Providing demos and training for system users
  • Preparing regular (weekly) status reports / meeting notes if required and following the Internal working principles and guidelines, and overall project governance.
  • Assist Product Owner in various project related tasks/activities.
