To complement and strengthen our Technology / Development / Design department, we are looking for an innovative and motivated personality as a Design Engineer / Development Engineer (m/f) 60-100%.

Your tasks

• Assume design responsibility (development project/customer order) using a 3D CAD system (Solid Works) with a high degree of independence
• Take responsibility for further development of the existing product portfolio, CIP and product optimisation and/or implement (change) concepts
• Create production and assembly drawings
• Planning, carrying out and supervising trials and tests, interpreting results and, if necessary, developing and documenting measures
• Sharing responsibility for the entire product development and implementation phase as well as possible modularisation/standardisation and creating a uniform design specification
• Responsible for the feasibility check, calculation and implementation of customised special designs (HESS special)
• Development of design concepts and prototypes through to serialisation

Your profile

• Basic technical training, e.g. design engineer/polymechanic, plant and apparatus engineer, etc.
• Additional further training as a technician HF/FH in medical technology, mechanical engineering or systems engineering is an advantage or willingness to undertake further training
• Very good CAD skills, Solid-Works is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP would be an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Independent, structured, precise, careful and goal-orientated way of working

• Interdisciplinary way of thinking
