Supply Chain Associate - 6 Month Contract

Be part of our mission to disrupt the traditional healthcare model and democratize data driven medicine! SOPHiA GENETICS is looking for a talented Supply Chain Associate for a 6 month contract at our headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland.

Main responsabilities

Customer Order, Distribution and Logistics Management

  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure on time and proper movement of shipments
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
  • Reviewing customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Entering customer purchase orders in structured systems
  • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards & customer requirement
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

SOPHiA GENETICS Integrated Activities

  • Manage SOPHiA Integrated processes according to internal procedures
  • Track samples from pick up until delivery to the partners
  • Answer to/Manage customers' requests, SBDMs and partners requests
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports/statistics

Customer service

  • Answering and communicating proactively in a courteous manner to any customers’ telephone calls or email request.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business Administration or Economics, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 year experience in the field of logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations;
  • Strong experience in customer support activities;
  • Knowledge of ERP, knowledge of Dynamics365 appreciated;
  • Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in French and English, and fluent in 3rd language appreciated;
  • Experience in analytical consolidation of data information.

Location: Rolle, Switzerland. Office-based, 2 days remote / 3 days on-site per week
