DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION The Buyer will identify and evaluate suppliers, propose alternatives to ensure a stable supply chain, and support inventory management projects. They will manage data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and coordinating updates. Additionally, they will handle request for quotations (RFQ), resolve pricing issues, establish contracts, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. • Implement sourcing strategies as defined by the Global Category Manager.
• Act as the first point of escalation for stakeholders and mitigate local supply risks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, including price list implementation, RFQ, and invoice reconciliation.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, supply agreements, and price lists.
• Conduct performance analysis using indicators such as direct material savings and supplier targets.
PROFIL ATTENDU Required Competencies:
Proficiency in technical drawing analysis and ERP systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, costing, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English, excellent communication abilities, autonomy, effective time management, and a solution-driven mindset are also required. Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player is a must.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Several years of purchasing experience in an international organization.
