For one of our client, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist based in Lausanne 
 

Customer Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities
 
 
* Follow-up and communicate on orders
 
* Liaise closely with warehouses to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time 
 
* Communicate pro-actively on orders’ status and issues (shortage, delay in delivery…)
 
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
 
* Liaise with warehouses for receiving returns
 
* Handle customers complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up  to ensure resolution
 
* Manage defective and seasonal returns, and issue credit note
 
* Follow up with the Sales Team on customer issues
 
 
Your profile:
 
 
CFC Customer Service Agent or equivalent
3 to 5 years of related experience
 
Knowledge in logistics and transportation
 
Excellent communication skills 
 
Excellenet knowledgeof MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…) 
 
Fluent English and German mandatory
 
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
