We are currently aiming to recruit a new Portfolio Analyst for our team in Lausanne. This is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys the complexity of energy trading as well as the mix of analytical work and stakeholder management. The role requires a certain level of seniority, but we are open to candidates from financial services backgrounds as well. 

Main responsibilities

• Preparing and validating PnL, position reporting to management and front units 
• Additional data management and analysis in case of discrepancies 
• Supporting front units in deal capturing, especially for complex deal entries
• Monitoring portfolio structures and its processes behind
• Execution of Murex or BusinessObject tests, participation in other internal or external projects 

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent (business, engineering, mathematics, etc.)
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the energy, commodity trading or banking industry 
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, enjoys working with numbers and systems 
• Good problem-solving skills, curiosity and pragmatism 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder mgt skills, Fluent French and English required
