As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated ASPIRE Sustainment Support. This is a temporary assignment of 6 to 9 month with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Sustainment Support to join a pivotal transformation program at our client, Roche Diagnostics. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a global leader in diagnostics.
The ASPIRE program is a global initiative designed to unify Roche through harmonized IT systems and business processes. By leveraging SAP S/4HANA, ASPIRE is standardizing, automating, and digitizing operations to create a more efficient and connected organization. This initiative includes a strong focus on organizational change management to ensure the successful adoption of these new systems and processes.
Tasks
As the Senior Sustainment Support professional, you will be instrumental in the design and activation of the program's sustainment operating model.- Align and represent input from various DIA BPM functions, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Regulatory & Quality
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive clear, consensus-based outcomes
- Proactively identify and moderate potential conflicts, ensuring smooth collaboration across all workstreams
- Manage stakeholders and represent consolidated viewpoints in program discussions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of how the organization will operate post-transformation
Must-Haves
- A university degree in Communication, Business Management, Change Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of operating model design and implementation, as well as support models for business application support
- A deep understanding of governance for global processes and systems
- Proven ability to navigate complex or politically sensitive environments
- Extensive, practical knowledge of the SAFe framework
- Strong strategic thinking and influence skills
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and clarify information for all levels
- Fluency in English
