Do you want to work at the intersection of the diagnostics and pharmaceutical industries? On behalf of our client, Roche, we are looking for an International Product Manager to join their Core Lab team. This is a critical role that will help bring innovative diagnostic tools to market and transform disease management by ensuring patients have access to the tools needed for accurate and timely diagnoses.
As a hands-on International Product Manager, you will manage commercial and operational activities to ensure the successful launch and market entry of diagnostic assays developed through Roche Diagnostics - Roche Pharma partnerships. You will be instrumental in driving critical workstreams and collaborating with third-party partners, internal teams, and pharmaceutical partners.
Tasks
- Commercial Strategy & Market Access: Develop the commercial strategy, including launch plans, tactical plans, and market access approaches. You will also define the assay's value proposition and work with the Pricing team to determine the appropriate Average Selling Price (ASP).
- Third-Party Partner & Legal Management: Lead negotiations with third-party partners and collaborate with the Legal department on contract creation and finalization.
- Operational Readiness & Forecasting: Coordinate the shipping of materials to partners in key countries like Japan, the USA, and the EU. You will also develop and refine strategic forecasts in collaboration with Operations and Project Leaders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in project meetings to ensure alignment and execution across all teams, including the core project team, commercial teams, technical sub-teams, and external partners.
Must Haves
- A scientific or marketing degree with strong business acumen
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on diagnostics, specifically within the coagulation space and/or pharma-diagnostics partnerships
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams and external partners
- Strong leadership and influencing capabilities to drive alignment and execute product strategies
- A passion for customer and patient-centric solutions and a drive for continuous improvement
- Fluency in English is a must
