As a Hardware Engineer specializing in electrical design, you will take the lead in developing and improving automation systems for high-precision assembly solutions. Working within project teams, you will drive the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical design activities across multidisciplinary project teams
- Design and develop electrical systems for custom automation equipment
- Create and maintain technical documentation and wiring diagrams
- Select components and manage hardware ordering processes
- Support assembly and commissioning teams throughout equipment build and installation
- Suggest and implement product standardization and industrialization improvements
Technical Skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (e.g. ES, HES, or equivalent)
- Strong command of electrical design tools, especially ePLAN
- Familiarity with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and directives
- Ability to develop and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficient in French; English : min. B1 level
