Abbott Medical in Switzerland is hiring for its Electrophysiology (EP) division
Clinical Application Specialist / Field Technical Engineer Electrophysiology – Switzerland
to be based in region Berne
In this responsible position, you will support our customers during procedures with technical expertise and promote patient well-being.
Your main responsibilities
Supervision of electrophysiology examinations
Working in a highly complex medical field with a willingness to pursue further training
Ensuring the proper functioning of medical devices in the catheterization lab during intracardiac procedures
Supporting existing customers and initiating customer training
Expanding and deepening customer relationships in close collaboration with the entire Swiss team
Providing support for the maintenance of medical devices and clinical studies
Your profile
Academic background or practical experience in the field of medicine / medical technology
Knowledge in cardiology/electrophysiology
Organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility, willingness to travel
Strong communication skills, willingness to help and a positive attitude, team spirit
Ability to represent the company professionally and with the highest integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Strong business communication skills in German and English (additional French language skills are an advantage)
Class B driver’s license
Resident in the Berne region or willing to relocate there
