Description

• Customize and develop PLM solutions to meet business needs
• Configure workflows, data models, and user interfaces in PLM
• Implement AI tools to optimize digital processes and decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop APIs and connectors between PLM and other platforms
• Create intuitive user experiences using modern design tools
• Ensure data integrity and traceability across digital systems
• Support change management and user training initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation workshops
• Document technical solutions and maintain system configurations
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in PLM and AI

Profile

• Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• Experience with PLM systems and CAD integration
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
• Strong programming skills (Python, Javascript, APIs)
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• UX/UI design experience (e.g., Figma)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Fluent in English and French
