Private Banking Assistant

On behalf of a boutique private bank in Geneva, we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support a team of bankers in their day-to-day activities within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Description

• Support Relationship Managers in the daily management of client portfolios
• Prepare and follow up on account openings (KYC/AML documentation)
• Monitor and process client transactions (payments, transfers, securities orders)
• Maintain and update client documentation and records
• Act as a point of contact for client requests (emails and phone calls)
• Prepare reports and client meeting materials
• Liaise with internal departments (compliance, back-office, trading)

Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a private bank
• Good understanding of banking operations and KYC processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Client-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• French: fluent
• English: good working level required
• Use of S2i a big plus
• Swiss residency mandatory
