Senior Investment Advisor FR / ENG 100% (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Investment Advisor FR / ENG 100% in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Investment Team.

Our client is a Swiss Multi-family office & Wealth Manager.

Missions

• Advising clients on investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and market opportunities;
• Leading investment research and due diligence across public and private market opportunities;
• Supporting the Investment Committee and contribute to the implementation of investment decisions;
• Developing and maintaining diversified investment solutions across equities, fixed income, hedge funds, ETFs, private equity, private credit, venture capital, and real estate;
• Presenting market views, investment strategies, and tailored portfolio recommendations to clients and prospects;
• Supporting business development initiatives and contribute to client acquisition and retention;
• Identifying innovative investment solutions and leverage technology and AI to enhance investment processes and client outcomes;
• Collaborating closely with senior management to support the firm's long-term growth and strategic development;
• Reporting to clients and Management ;
• Participing in the day-to-day in the office.

Profil du candidat

• Superior academic background in Banking, Finance or Economy;
• CFA designation would be considered an advantage;
• 10+ years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, private banking, family office, or wealth management environments;
• Strong expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and alternative investments;
• Proven experience advising UHNW individuals, families, and entrepreneurs;
• Commercially minded with strong relationship management and business development capabilities;
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of operating effectively in a growing and dynamic organisation;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and confidently;
• Fluent English required; French highly desirable;
• Sense of confidentiality;
• Swiss residence ideally.
