For one of our clients, we are looking for a Transaction Manager TUR / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the corporate banking desk from the Bank.
Transaction Manager TUR / ENG 100% (m / f)
Our client is a well-established commercial bank in Switzerland and other international financial places.
Description
- Joining the Corporate Banking Desk of the Bank;
- Reviewing and structuring Corporate Banking and Trade Finance transactions in line with approved credit facilities and risk parameters;
- Coordinating the execution of financed and non-financed transactions with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing;
- Monitoring credit line utilizations, collateral coverage and transactional risks as part of the first line of defense;
- Managing and following up on payments, trade finance instruments, FX transactions and other banking operations;
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and Relationship Managers to support transaction execution and optimize facility utilization;
- Monitoring transaction pipelines, repayments and facility maturities, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting;
- Supporting the preparation of credit renewals, amendments and related documentation;
- Identifying, escalating and helping to resolve credit, operational and compliance-related issues when required;
- Reporting to the clients and the Management;
- Participation of the day-to-day in the office.
Profile
- Graduated from an University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance or Transaction Management ideally;
- Good knowledge of trade finance products, banking operations and credit facilities;
- Strong risk awareness and understanding of transactional controls;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Fluency in Turkish and English is essential; French would be a strong asset;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor transactions throughout their lifecycle;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders;
- Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented team player;
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality;
- Swiss residence ideally.
