About the Role

We’re looking for a Trust Administrator/Officer to join our close-knit team. You’ll work alongside our Trust Managers and Relationship Officers, supporting them in looking after the affairs of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families and corporates. This is a varied role where no two days are the same!

What You’ll Do

• Take care of the day-to-day administration of client structures for HNW and UHNW individuals.
• Manage all aspects of client entities and assets, from bankable investments to properties, works of art etc.
• Support the team and management on corporate and client-related matters with a proactive, can-do attitude ((resolutions, instructions, account opening, KYC/CDD, CRS, Economic Substance matters...).
• Keep our records up-to-date — both digital (ViewPoint) and physical files.
• Collaborate with colleagues, management, and clients across our offices to deliver an exceptional client experience.

About You

• You bring some experience in trust or corporate administration, ideally working with HNW or UHNW clients.
• You’re organised, reliable, and detail-oriented, but also enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team.
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with ViewPoint.
• Most importantly: you have the right mindset: collaborative, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.
• STEP qualification, accounting, compliance experience a plus.
