You will work closely with internal teams such as global service sales, parts order coordination (POC), procurement, and technical departments. While this role does not involve direct customer interaction, you will collaborate with our pricing tool supplier (PROS) and act as the internal go-to expert for pricing-related topics and strategy.

- Lead and execute the global pricing process for 2-stroke diesel engine spare parts.
- Develop and maintain pricing models for spare parts and service offerings.
- Ensure spare part pricing availability and accuracy within SAP for sales teams.
- Conduct pricing analysis based on market data, product segmentation, and component cost structures.
- Maintain, optimize, and monitor price levels in response to market trends.
- Identify opportunities for pricing improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Support ad-hoc pricing inquiries from sales and POC teams.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to understand cost drivers and supplier pricing trends.
- Act as the key user and internal expert for PROS (pricing tool), including ongoing improvements.
- Manage pricing data preparation in Excel prior to system upload.
- Provide support in pricing-related tool development and improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Experience in pricing, engineering, sales, or procurement within the maritime or diesel engine sector.
- Strong understanding of 2-stroke marine diesel engines (prime movers) and their spare parts.
- Familiarity with component segmentation and basic manufacturing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential (data prep, analysis, macros, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with pricing tools (PROS is a strong advantage).
- Solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Office 365.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical and market data into actionable pricing strategies.
- Collaborative and structured, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Our offer:
- Be part of a global leader in low-speed marine propulsion systems.
- Contribute directly to the lifecycle value and competitiveness of our engine services
- A dynamic working environment, blending a long history of technology expertise with industry leading innovation across a global network
- Opportunity to shape and refine pricing strategy in a data- and performance-driven culture
- Multi-cultural and interdisciplinary teams offering diverse perspectives and collaborative thinking
