About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with deep expertise in real estate to lead the financial strategy and operations of a multi-entity real estate group headquartered in Switzerland. The role encompasses oversight of a substantial portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across Switzerland and Europe.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong command of financial governance, investment analysis, and operational performance. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, rigorous financial discipline, and a proven ability to navigate complex real estate transactions and structures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Financial Oversight

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the group.
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Advise on capital structure, tax optimization, and financial risk management.

Real Estate Portfolio Management

• Oversee financial performance of the group’s property holdings.
• Evaluate and structure acquisitions, disposals, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with external property managers, legal counsel, and advisors to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Experience in régie immobilière is essential.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven success as a CFO or senior finance executive within the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing diverse property portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss real estate markets, including valuation, transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of tax structures, cross-border investments, and financial planning.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French highly desirable.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
