Landscape Project Manager
We are looking for experienced Head gardener/ Lead manager of landscaping and greening to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Development of proposals for landscaping and implementation of new landscape solutions, monitoring implementation;
- Formation of a garden work plan and reports on completed work;
- Monitoring the condition of plants in the garden, preventing plant diseases, maintaining and improving the appearance of plantings;
- Organization of all necessary garden work on the territory (including treatment against pests and diseases), control and acceptance of work carried out on the garden by the gardener or third-party companies;
- Search, interaction with contractors on planning and carrying out work in the garden;
- Search for suppliers for the purchase of planting materials, fertilizers, garden tools and other necessary materials and tools for working on the garden;
- Conducting contract work and necessary reporting
Required knowledge:
- Species of trees, shrubs and other plants, their properties and characteristics;
- Rules for using gardening tools and equipment;
- Agrotechnical techniques and timing of work to care for plants in the local climate or a similar climatic zone;
- Basic methods of protecting plants from pests and diseases;
- Desirable: basic soil science, varieties of local flowers and fruit plants.
Profile:
- EU or Swiss citizenship, work permit in Switzerland
- Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, discipline, attention to detail.
- Russian and French - fluent;
- Required License (certificate) to work as a gardener - desirable
Conditions:
- Swiss labor contract with 100% employment;
- Work schedule: 48 hours per week, sliding weekends;
- Salary - discussed individually
