Description
- Administer and maintain biometry systems (SAS Server/PC, Posit R Studio, CDISC tools, QlikSense, GitLab)
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations
- Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot system issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, integrations, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal SOPs
- Support audits, documentation, and validation testing (IQ/OQ)
- Participate in projects, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration
- Train end-users and maintain training materials and guides
- Liaise with corporate IT, Innovation, and Clinical Business leads
- Track biometry licenses, vendor engagements, and system compliance
Profile
- 5 years' experience with biometry systems in pharma or biotech
- Proficient in R, SAS, debugging, and validation
- Experience with Posit R Studio, SAS Server & PC, LSAF, EntimICE
- Knowledge of Unix/Python scripting, robocopy, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau)
- Understanding of CDISC standards (ADaM, SDTM), CSV, clinical data workflows, and clinical studies
- Exposure to AI technologies (predictive, generative, agentic - nice to have)
- Experienced in GCP & FDA 21 CFR Part 11 environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
- Right to work in Switzerland
