For our Salon in Zurich, we are looking for a:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute the efficient, daily operations of the vault, Salon opening / closing procedures and comply with all Security policies.
• Conduct daily, monthly and yearly physical inventory and reconciliation reports, and assist with external audits as needed.
• Conduct all merchandise transfers relating to domestic and international shipping, including but not limited to : stock transfers, repairs, Hallmarking, photo-shoots, loan requests, external event transfers.
• Produce all necessary documentation for the transfer of merchandise, in compliance with company policies and guidelines, local legislation, including but not limited to: Logistics and shipping documents, freight forwarder communication, entry and re-export instructions, internal documentation, merchandise loan forms, photo-shoot forms, etc.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, guidelines, Security requirements, local legislation and requirements on merchandise transfers.
• Operate in compliance with all Retail QA policies and procedures relating to merchandise handling, stock maintenance, storage and reporting.
• Assist with the inventory of Salon supplies and coordinate replenishment orders as required.
• Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system.
• Demonstrate and exercise merchandise organization and inventory skills per product range in the vault area.
• Support communication with freight forwarders, vendors, internal departments, relating to merchandise transfers.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising including setup and breakdown of Salon displays, as required. • Ensure maintenance and good working order of equipment and supplies required for the efficient operation of Salon sales and operations/vault.
• Act as a reliable back-up for the Operations Manager, as required.
YOUR PROFIL
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Prior experience in luxury goods.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Good command of (Swiss-) German.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment a must.
• Ability to work under high pressure situations and react quickly is a must.
• Solid computer literacy (at ease with an ERP & proficient in Microsoft Office).
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to retail working hours.
