Luxury Sales Advisor GER/ENG

Job Description

• Provide a unique experience to a local and an international clientele
  
• Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking
  efforts
  
• Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and
  client's tastes and goals for future purchases
  
• Assist team members in the sales process as per established boutique
  protocols
  
• Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through
  networking and various outreach strategies
  
• Provide superior after-sale service to all clients
  
• Provide the highest level of client service through personalized
  contact
  
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance
  with visual standards
  
• Contribute to the products replenishment and physical inventory of
  merchandise
  

 


Job Requirements

• Strong luxury retail sales experience in timepieces and/or jewellery
  
• Outstanding sales, clientelling & customer service skills
  
• Sales & goals driven
  
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer facing attitude
  
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  
• Ability to work as part of a team and help eachother out towards
  success
  
• Fluency in German and English, other language skills would be highly
  valuable
  
• Proven experience in a similar position within a watch retail
  environment
  
• Very flexible to retail working hours and changing shifts
