Position Summary
As a Completions Account Execution Manager, you will own key customer relationships with a strong focus on operational execution, change management, and delivery excellence. Acting as the primary interface between customers and internal operational teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of aircraft while driving transformation initiatives and continuous operational improvement. This role bridges strategic account management and hands-on operational coordination, aligning customer expectations with business capabilities to deliver outstanding results, high customer satisfaction, and internal efficiency.
Your mission
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing complex relationships built on trust, performance, and long-term partnership.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of operational teams to ensure seamless aircraft delivery.
- Drive transformation initiatives and process improvements, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment.
- Align internal teams to deliver on agreed budgets, schedules, and turnaround times.
- Identify, plan, and implement change management strategies in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality execution while proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and cost control.
- Monitor, track, and report program performance, milestones, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Receive, review, and validate aircraft records, including CMPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain customer delivery files.
- Review CMPs for replaced components and ensure all required certification documentation is in place.
- Monitor and document changes to RVSM Part 91 components.
- Support activities related to Special Flight Permits, Standard Airworthiness Certificates, Export Certificates, and related documentation.

Your profile
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Extensive hands-on experience within the aviation industry.
- Proven knowledge of aircraft operations and airworthiness.
- Strong understanding of FAA and EASA regulations.
- Airworthiness experience within 14 CFR Parts 23, 25, 27, 29, 33 and/or Parts 91, 121, 125, 135, 145.
- Mandatory CMP knowledge.
- Solid technical knowledge of aircraft theory, inspection processes, and aircraft records.
- Hands-on experience with cabin modifications and retrofit projects.
- Customer- and safety-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English: Minimum C1 (spoken and written). German and French is a plus.
- Results-driven with strong accountability and execution mindset.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
