We are looking for a trilingual HR Generalist to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in broader HR topics such as talent development, employee engagement, and HR projects.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to transversal initiatives that shape our people strategy. You will be part of a collaborative and agile environment where your ideas and proactivity are valued.
Missions
HR Administration & Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, contract management, offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with external providers.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies.
Employee Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries (leave, benefits, policies).
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR events.
Transversal HR Projects
- Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR tools and systems.
- Participate in projects related to talent development, performance management, and well-being.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in transversal HR topics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in French, English, and German (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS tools.
