For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a :
Client Relationship Manager – Private Banking
Permanent position - 100% Client Service Officer – Private Banking H/F
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
- Support Client Relationship Managers in the servicing of domestic and international private banking clients across multiple booking centers
- Process and monitor a wide range of client transactions, including payments, transfers, deposits, and cheque-related operations, while ensuring proper follow-up on pending items
- Ensure that all client instructions and interactions are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate and prepare account opening documentation, including the review and validation of structures for both individual and jointly held accounts, and track their completion
- Enter and execute client trading instructions across multiple asset classes within internal systems, ensuring adherence to suitability rules and regulatory constraints
- Handle corporate action processing and related client impacts in a timely and accurate manner
- Draft and issue official banking documents such as account confirmations and reference letters upon request
- Monitor and resolve operational and compliance-related topics including KYC, KYT, FATCA, tax compliance matters, and client risk classification updates
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Initial experience within Private Banking or a banking operations environment
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Avaloq or similar core banking systems is considered an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and interacting with multiple internal stakeholders
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered a plus
