AMP IT is shaping the future of sustainable mobility by delivering intelligent private EV-charging infrastructure for multi-residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our proprietary Charge Point Management System (CPMS) and integrated hardware/software platform enable seamless EV charging, energy optimization, and grid flexibility. We’re growing fast and seeking a high-impact Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion.
What You Will Be Doing
In this critical part-time sales role, you will leverage your proven track record in technical solution selling to drive revenue growth across a designated territory. The role offers flexible part-time hours combined with a base salary plus commission, rewarding you directly for the business you close. You will:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with real estate owners, commercial & industrial (C&I) clients, and channel partners.
Sell EV-charging infrastructure and our energy as a service model to a wide range of stakeholders.Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, developers, and partners to create long-term strategic alliances.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate AMP IT’s value proposition and technology differentiation.
Travel within your region as needed to maintain high-impact customer engagement and secure new business.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting using Salesforce and internal reporting tools.
What You Will Bring to AMP IT
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
5–10 years of outside sales/business development in e-mobility, clean energy, CPMS/EMS, or related technical solutions.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets and contract quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ability to explain complex hardware/software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Existing network in real estate, energy, or EV-charging ecosystems is highly advantageous.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic, independent self-starter with a creative, problem-solving approach and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.Territory/home-based part-time role with travel as required across Switzerland.
Understanding of Swiss energy standards.
Fluent in French and English. German is a plus.
