We are seeking a highly motivated IT Strategy & Operations Consultant to support the Vice President of IT in a dynamic, international environment. This role acts as a strategic and technical advisor, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives while driving operational excellence across a wide portfolio of projects.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between the VP of IT and multiple IT managers, providing both technical insight and project oversight across international initiatives.
Strategic Support
- Act as a trusted advisor and "right hand" to the VP of IT on strategic and operational matters
- Provide technical input and challenge IT project approaches to ensure sound decision-making
- Contribute to the definition and execution of IT strategy across international operations
Project & Portfolio Management
- Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of IT and IoT projects across multiple regions
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
- Facilitate communication between IT managers and leadership
- Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and strategic goals
Technical Coordination
- Engage with IT managers and technical teams to review project architectures and solutions
- Act as the "technical eye" for the VP, ensuring consistency, quality, and feasibility
- Support decision-making on complex technical topics
Operations & Governance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators across the IT portfolio
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage and track IT-related invoices and budgets in coordination with finance teams
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial processes
- Support cost control and optimization initiatives
Profile
-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or strategy roles
- Strong understanding of IT systems, architectures, and project delivery methodologies
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Work closely with senior leadership in a high-impact role
- Participate in international, large-scale IT
- Gain a broad and strategic view of IT operations and transformation
- English
