As Senior Product Manager for swype.ch, you will shape and grow one of Switzerland's most digital-native mobile brands. swype is fully app-only and built around radical simplicity: a small set of plans, full flexibility with monthly switching and cancellation, upfront payment, and no hidden complexity. In this role, you will treat swype as a digital subscription business rather than a traditional telco product, taking commercial ownership to continuously evolve the proposition, improve the app experience and drive sustainable growth.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Own the Business (End-to-End & P&L): Full accountability for the swype portfolio including pricing, commercial performance, profitability and long-term scalability. Support mid- and long-term business planning, set growth targets and define initiatives to deliver them
- Evolve the Digital Value Proposition: Continuously refine and optimize the proposition to remain simple, bold and competitive. Own the go-to-market execution of new offers
- Lead App-Driven Product Development: Translate business vision into product requirements and work with IT partners to continuously enhance the in-app experience and core functionality
- Drive Growth with Data: Steer acquisition, retention, ARPU and churn through KPI-driven analysis and clear commercial prioritization
- Manage Key Technology & Operational Partners: Act as the primary business interface to external partners as well as internal IT and Network stakeholders to ensure fast and reliable execution
- Collaborate Across the Organization: Work closely with Brand/MarCom and Customer Care to deliver a consistent customer experience, while coordinating with teams such as Legal, Compliance and Fraud
- Shape the Product Roadmap: Define and drive the roadmap, identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen the digital swype proposition
YOUR SKILLS:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, with commercial responsibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality. You think in outcomes, not tasks
- Deep understanding of digital/app-based business models
- Proven ability to steer products via KPIs and commercial impact
- Confident partner and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required, German is a strong advantage
