A dedicated onsite security management service within the Securi360 service model.

PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
Provide coordination, management, operational follow-up, support and continuous improvement of the security and safety framework of the site.

The service includes:

Operational security management
Emergency situations, risk assessment and crisis management
Technical security systems and operational readiness
Emergency evacuation plans and legal compliance
Security processes, procedures and documentation
Training, audits and awareness
Functional leadership and stakeholder coordination
Project support and continuous improvement
Business continuity and resilience

OUR ROLE:

The Site Manager SM360 is employed by Securitas SA.

He/She performs duties within the framework of a service agreement. Securitas remains the exclusive employer, responsible for management, leadership and contractual obligations.

REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS

• Knowledge of industrial and corporate security environments
• Risk assessment and crisis management
• Technical security systems
• Leadership and stakeholder management
• Project management
• Communication and reporting
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Training and awareness
• Business continuity and resilience
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

POSITION: Site Manager 360

START DATE: 01.09.2026

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, office hours

ANNUAL SALARY: 13th month + annual bonus
