OSD LSLF Capex Project Coordinator 100%
19-month temporary assignment
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • act as the central point in the project coordination
  • facilitate and manage the "project cockpit" activities
  • liaise with project leads and core teams
  • consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system (SCoPE)
  • collect data - prepare reporting and correspondence.
  • centralizing - orchestrating flow of information
  • keeping key indicators and registers up to date
  • centralized action and risk register
  • reporting
  • control / monitoring / expediting
  • chasse due / overdue actions
  • ensure the scheduling follow-up of the critical due actions
  • ensure actions completion in due dates - escalating deviations
  • prepare key project meeting and MoM for follow-up
  • owns the short-term activities tracking log
  • facilitating timely resolutions of critical issues
PROFIL ATTENDU
  • easy to interact with others (1:1 and organizations)
  • high level of energy and drive
  • leadership, autonomy
  • good communication capabilities,
  • facilitator, proactivity
  • proven experience in project execution - project management - project control - project reporting
  • English-French speaking and writing a must
  • 5 years experience minimum on Project Management
