Due to our expansion, our Quality department is looking for a

Based in the Spineart headquarter, the Assistant will support the Materiovigilance Coordinator

Missions

  • Record the Customer complaints and Field events forms
  • Fill in the Complaints database (excel)
  • Create and complete the complaint folders
  • Analyze the technical data and review of the documentation
  • Prepare the Customer complaint reports
  • Send the reports to the Customers
  • Organize the devices received from the field

Profile:

  • Proven experience in a Quality or R&D department
  • Experience in Medical Devices would be a plus
  • At ease with investigation and comparison tasks
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Highly organised, detail orientated.
  • Driving licence: occasional trips to the French manufacturing sites, at the border
