Establish better sales to satisfy ALL employees

The atmosphere in the company is very pleasant. I was very well received on my first day and I noticed a warm atmosphere. We have access to several benefits such as a break room, a canteen for lunch, a free fitness room, discounts at the dentist as well as fleet discounts at various garages. In addition, the company is closed for two weeks at Christmas.

I would say that there are improvements to be made, including offering the ability to work remotely, offering more flexibility in the morning hours, and making some renovations to the company's premises.

I have been working in the company for 18 years. It is a company that is evolving in the last years. Makes efforts towards the employees. Very good working atmosphere. Very correct managers. Free hours.

Pleasant working environment, flexible working hours, infrastructure at the disposal of the staff (e.g. gym), extra professional events (e.g. staff parties, concerts...), 6 to 7 weeks of vacations per year and offers with some commercial partners...

There is always room for improvement; but overall BienAir is a good company.

Good working atmosphere. Family business that makes their own dental products. Coffee machine in the workshop with fruit baskets and sometimes chocolates are offered. The schedules are flexible with 7 weeks of vacation per year. Possibility to take 1 day / month of overtime. Flexibility in the rate of occupation. The company motivates and pushes its employees to training (Industrial foreman, Technician ES, CFC Polymechanic, Micromechanic, AFP...) Free fitness room for the staff and a rest room at disposal. Often, parties and aperitifs are organized by the superiors. The company participates in the financing of the health insurance at 200.00CHF

The company is in constant evolution. The company invests in new machines and various technologies.

Company of human size and family. The human side contributes to the good atmosphere that reigns within the company. The flexibility of hours and vacations are very much appreciated. I appreciate being heard and having the feeling that I am contributing to the building. For me, Bien-Air is a lot of experience and personal enrichment.

More flexibility with telecommuting. Working from home allows for a more ecological approach but also demonstrates a better trust towards its employees. The comfort of life as well as the satisfaction of the employee would be increased tenfold, which would promote the motivation and therefore the "performance" of the employees.

Some infrastructures are still to be updated even if some renovations and investments have been made in recent years.

The freedom of action is quite fabulous but it can be a stress for some people. The relationship between us, the atmosphere is very good, no headaches with the hierarchical side, everyone's opinion counts. The interest of the work, it is exciting to manufacture our parts, great variety of problems, machines... The time at Bien-Air goes by at lightning speed, which is very important for me because we spend most of our time at work and if the time goes by quickly it means that the work is interesting.

I think that the axes of improvement in our company are : => Salary conditions for the low paid (assembly, operator...) => Telecommuting for those who can => Perhaps the recognition of our owners with regard to the work accomplished, to put forward "from time to time" what works well, not always what does not.

To feel good, in family, respect, politeness, good mood

Communication between departments. More thanks at the assembly + manufacturing by offering croissants or other things from time to time (small gifts) Make the presentation of priority projects at the staff meeting more friendly. Inform the staff well in advance (ex: Pavilion not accessible or bring the phone to the staff meeting etc... ) Salaries at assembly + fabrication. Keep the more qualified people who are in support of the assembly.
