What works well?
It is a family business where there is a good general understanding between employees of the same rank (blue-collar workers). Flexible schedules (except production and assembly). Water fountains available, fruit baskets in winter.
What could be improved?
The management is catastrophic and the opinion of the employees has no impact on the managers. Reorganization every 6 months. No work from home. 2x10 minute compulsory break to catch up. Positions are always negotiated by cronyism, never by skill.

For this reason, we have made our working hours even more flexible, also for the production. Our employees can now finish at 3.45 pm from Monday to Thursday and at 3 pm on Friday. We have also adapted our break times. They are no longer compulsory and we offer 10 minutes for the morning break. For the replacement of our positions, we favor internal candidates because we care about the development of our employees.
