Many things to improve
What works well?
Communication with one or two people who are overwhelmed and trying to answer our questions.
What could be improved?
No meetings with the manager. We are trained by employees who have just joined the company. Use of personal vehicles to travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland without reimbursement. Salary based solely on commission. Pay slips not provided, or we have to insist on them.
