What works well?
Communication is a big company that is alive. They want their employees to mix and mingle across sectors. The hours are variable but it would be great to be able to finish earlier
What could be improved?
Time management. There is a lot to do and there is no control over overtime (no clocking in and out). It is often impossible to respect the contractual hours and since you don't clock in, the company wins.
