Not much Apart from promises with no real tomorrow...........

My experience with this company was generally unsatisfactory. Human resources management lacks clarity, communication and consistency. Important decisions are often taken without any real consultation with staff, creating a climate of uncertainty and demotivation. Internal organization is poorly structured, workloads are sometimes unevenly distributed, and recognition for work accomplished is virtually non-existent. Management seems more focused on short-term objectives than on employee well-being and development. It would be desirable for the company to invest more in transparency, human management and listening to staff.

People stay, and it's one of the few companies I've been to where so many people have been with the company for 10/20/30+ years. Apparently there have been a lot of changes in management, a complicated period post COVID. But now everything seems to be running smoothly. The staff and managers are also very pleasant and friendly, so really, not much to complain about!

Perhaps a little more modern administration and communication.

Colleagues get on well together. But unfortunately, many people are looking elsewhere

A lot of room for improvement. Short- and long-term strategy and vision. Lack of communication. Many people have left the company,15 people have been made redundant.

Strong family spirit, motivated, open-minded and efficient team and management. Strong listening skills and opportunities for personal contribution. Interesting market and approach based on quality and reflection.

Company in the process of restructuring, rethinking and modernizing. Some things are still being put in place.
