Lack of investment in innovation and development. Delivery times are often very long, prices are high, and there are recurring quality issues. Internal communication is poor, and decision-making lacks transparency. The company seems to react to problems rather than anticipate market challenges.

There are few positives to highlight. Employees who go the extra mile and take on responsibilities are often rewarded with an increased workload rather than recognition or a pay raise. This creates an environment where initiative is not highly valued and where top performers eventually seek opportunities elsewhere. The internal culture is more focused on assigning blame than on finding solutions, which contributes to a toxic work environment.

Not much Apart from promises with no real tomorrow...........

My experience with this company was generally unsatisfactory. Human resources management lacks clarity, communication and consistency. Important decisions are often taken without any real consultation with staff, creating a climate of uncertainty and demotivation. Internal organization is poorly structured, workloads are sometimes unevenly distributed, and recognition for work accomplished is virtually non-existent. Management seems more focused on short-term objectives than on employee well-being and development. It would be desirable for the company to invest more in transparency, human management and listening to staff.

People stay, and it's one of the few companies I've been to where so many people have been with the company for 10/20/30+ years. Apparently there have been a lot of changes in management, a complicated period post COVID. But now everything seems to be running smoothly. The staff and managers are also very pleasant and friendly, so really, not much to complain about!

Perhaps a little more modern administration and communication.

A lot of room for improvement. Short- and long-term strategy and vision. Lack of communication. Many people have left the company,15 people have been made redundant.

Strong family spirit, motivated, open-minded and efficient team and management. Strong listening skills and opportunities for personal contribution. Interesting market and approach based on quality and reflection.

Company in the process of restructuring, rethinking and modernizing. Some things are still being put in place.
