The ability to surprise candidates. It's hard to get bored with a recruitment process like this.

A very disappointing experience with Axepta, particularly regarding how candidates were treated. The job title and job description initially provided clearly did not match the actual requirements of the position. The interview was supposed to be with two people; in the end, three people were present, one of whom arrived in the middle of the interview, forcing us to restart part of the discussion from the beginning. After the interview, I was then asked to stay for about an additional hour to take a test that had not been mentioned at all beforehand—and which, moreover, covered a subject area that did not correspond to the level of proficiency expected based on the initial job title. This type of change in the process midway through is particularly regrettable: a candidate should know what position they are applying for, who they will be speaking with, and, at the very least, be informed in advance of any tests they may be asked to take. What is most surprising is the complete lack of feedback since the interview, several months later. Even a rejection would have been preferable to this silence. In summary: a poorly structured recruitment process, expectations that seem to shift along the way, and, above all, very inadequate candidate follow-up. Respect for candidates should, however, be an essential part of the recruitment profession.

Can be a high table at the reception desk, as it is a place of passage / simple visit, time is reduced to a minimum and allows to keep in context a direct approach with the person who is at the reception desk.
