During my meeting with this employer, several issues arose. First, the meeting location was changed at the last minute, with little regard for my schedule. When I arrived, he then tried to reschedule the interview again. During the meeting, his attitude proved to be unprofessional: he came across as authoritarian, excessively emphasizing his position in the hierarchy. He was frequently distracted by his phone, responding to messages and emails, and regularly interrupting the conversation. Furthermore, his behavior struck me as inappropriate, with comments and an attitude that could be perceived as misogynistic, as well as a notable lack of respect toward his colleagues and external partners. In summary, this experience was marked by a lack of consideration, professionalism, and respect.
