What works well?

The fact that management supports us and works to steer the team and the residents in the right direction

What could be improved?

Hello, Now that I am retired in France, I would like to share my experience of the wonderful support I received from management at a time when my health was not at its best and my relationships with certain colleagues were not going well.The support, care, and assistance that the director and the head nurse provided me allowed me to get back on my feet and regain my self-confidence. Company not listening to its employees and residents, this establishment was bought by the French group EMERA, the services are no longer up to 4 stars...
