What works well?

The job description was clear, well presented and straight to the point. I also appreciated the quick call they gave me a few days I sent my application.

What could be improved?

The whole recruitment process was not explained clearly. I had to give them a call for a few times, to know my application status, and organize an interview. It was supposed that HR contacted me a days after the 1st round, but I did only hear from them, when I wrote them an email. 1 month has passed...
