What works well?

I'm waiting to see what works well in this company, I mean if everything works perfectly like in a chicken farm where everything is optimized to avoid wasting time and money, on the other hand HR TOP keeps the "standardized product" model alive.

What could be improved?

HR TOP has a recruitment policy that is rather confined to standardized schemes. No frills. And for me, out almost within 24 hours just because I was over 40. On the other hand, for the job, I was largely qualified. Automatic email via jobup.ch in "noreply", so the message is clear.
