What works well?
Les bureaux sont directement en face d'un arrêt de tram, c'est pratique
What could be improved?

What works well?
A good atmosphere in the Lausanne offices. The trust placed in our employees.
What could be improved?
We have to work 8.15 hours a day, whereas most companies currently have 8.00 hour days, and this is not indicated when salary expectations are requested at the job interview. In fact, if I had been informed that I had to work longer hours than in my previous jobs, my salary demands would have been higher. Vacation days are blocked (end-of-year holidays), which really only leaves employees with 4 weeks' vacation, whereas other companies "offer" time off, especially during the holiday season.

What could be improved?
The recruitment process proved to be particularly disappointing and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism on the part of the HR department. After an initial conversation during which my salary expectations were clearly stated, I was invited to an in-person interview in Geneva, which required me to travel from Lausanne. At the end of an interview lasting about an hour, the HR manager informed me, with a certain casualness, that the budget allocated for the position did not in any way meet my expectations. This situation raises a legitimate question: why involve a candidate in such a time-consuming process, including travel, if a fundamental issue like salary alignment clearly hadn’t been addressed beforehand? Beyond the obvious waste of time, this experience reflects a lack of consideration for candidates. A recruitment process must be rigorous, transparent, and respectful of mutual commitments. It would be advisable to review these aspects to avoid this type of inconvenience in the future.

What works well?
Poor recruitment process I was contacted to do a trial day with this company and everything went well. It was agreed that I would be paid for the day and that I would be contacted for a position. Unfortunately I never heard back.
