What works well?
I only did a telephone interview. I don't have much more information to give about this company.
What could be improved?
I was clearly asked if I had any plans for my private life, i.e. are you thinking of having a second child? Prior to this question, the recruiter was keen to set up an interview with me, and unfortunately after my answer, this was no longer the case. For a company whose main "customer" is children, I find it all the more shocking to ask this question and especially to discriminate against a young mother.
